RN Nursing Administrative Coordinator; 0.75FTE; Night Shift

Shift: Night 12 hr. shifts (730PM-800AM) and every third weekend & holiday rotation

The Nursing Administrative Coordinator is a representative of patient care/hospital administration on all shifts. The NAC assures the delivery of quality patient care and accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the Meriter system on a shift-to-shift basis. The NAC is responsible for the management and coordination of all hospital departments and personnel in the absence of direct line managers. Overall, the nursing administrative coordinator serves as an advocate for patient care, staff and the hospital as a whole.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

License/Certification: 

• Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. 
• Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin 

Experience:

• Five years nursing experience

Other: 

• Previous management experience preferred
