Job description:

Supervise daily Front Office operations, including check-in/out procedures and guest welcoming, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Resolve tenant complaints and handle emergency situations occurring in the reception area.
Manage the team by establishing duty rosters, conducting briefings, and providing training for new staff.
Monitor room status and occupancy forecasts, and ensure strict control of access keys.
Maintain resident ledgers and cash handling procedures to prevent financial losses or bad debts.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Property Management to enhance the overall resident experience.
