Serenity is growing, and we're looking for a Clinical Administrative Specialist who is passionate about helping people and making a difference in the delivery of mental health care. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills who enjoys detail-oriented work and wants to use those skills to improve the patient experience.
In this role, you’ll support patients and providers with a variety of clinical administrative needs, including disability and accommodations, psychological evaluations and clearances, medical records, provider documentation, and other requests that help patients navigate their care. You’ll play an important role in ensuring these requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

- Own the completion of clinical administrative requests across all Serenity locations, states, and providers, ensuring paperwork is accurate and completed efficiently following provider approval.
- Complete medical records requests within 30 days and strive for a 72-hour turnaround on other approved requests.
- Peer review team members’ paperwork to identify errors, improve accuracy, and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Support call center agents through internal chat by providing timely updates and answering questions about patients’ paperwork requests.
- Collaborate with providers, patients, and internal teams to resolve documentation needs and ensure requests are completed accurately and timely.
Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple workloads throughout the day while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

- Have the desire to learn, improve, and rise above expectations.
- Mental health or healthcare experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training.
