We are a high-growth investment and consulting firm based in South Carolina, managing a diversified portfolio of companies across the financial services sector. Our operations span multiple internal teams, requiring strong coordination across HR, finance, and marketing functions.

We operate in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment where precision, responsiveness, and reliability are critical to keeping multiple business units running smoothly.

 


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of our back-office functions.

This role is best described as an “engine room” position, supporting HR, Finance, and Marketing operations simultaneously. You will be responsible for ensuring administrative processes are executed accurately, consistently, and on time across multiple departments.

This is not a strategic role. It is a high-execution, high-accountability support function designed for someone who thrives on structure, repetition, and operational discipline.

 


Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and documentation management for new hires across portfolio companies
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy of contracts, certifications, and personal data
  • Assist with HR operational processes including leave tracking, benefits administration support, and resume screening
  • Ensure HR systems and documentation remain fully up to date and audit-ready

 


  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking and invoice filing
  • Maintain structured financial data in spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Download, organize, and archive bank and credit card statements for reconciliation
  • Support the finance team with data accuracy and administrative finance workflows

 


  • Assist with Google Ads / marketing reporting and performance tracking
  • Organize marketing assets and campaign documentation
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and cross-time-zone coordination
  • Support leadership with general administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Provide responsive, high-quality communication support across internal teams

 


  • 3+ years in an administrative, HR support, operations assistant, or virtual assistant role
  • Exceptional written and spoken English (client-facing level required)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Comfortable learning HRIS, accounting, and marketing tools
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy standards

 


  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Comfortable with repetitive, high-accuracy work
  • Proactive in identifying missing information or process gaps
  • Reliable in a structured, US-hour aligned environment
  • Calm, consistent, and execution-focused under routine workload pressure

This role is a critical operational support function that ensures HR, finance, and marketing processes run efficiently across the organization. Your work directly enables leadership to operate at scale without administrative bottlenecks.
