The company is a mission-driven, direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand redefining the comfort, performance, and responsibility of men’s basics. They operate primarily in the U.S. market with a lean team based internationally, and looking to expand the core team with someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Seeking a versatile Customer Success & Executive Assistant to support both customers and the founder directly. This is a hybrid role that starts with customer service and expands into operations and executive support. The right candidate will be proactive, self-sufficient, and eager to grow with the company.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Respond to customer service inquiries via email (no calls or live chat at this stage)
- Use AI and help desk tools to resolve common issues quickly and escalate complex ones with context
- Work independently and troubleshoot problems without constant guidance
- Expand into Amazon support chat
- Assist with tracking inbound inventory shipments and verifying warehouse receipts
- Double-check Shopify inventory and order data for accuracy
- Support daily ops tasks (e.g., order validation, shipment follow-ups, basic SOPs)
- Provide light executive assistant support to the founder (calendar reminders, follow-ups, research, admin)
- Critical thinker and proactive problem-solver
- Extremely detail-oriented and self-organized
- Communicates clearly with strong written English
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, self-managed environment
- Comes prepared with potential solutions, not just questions
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5+ years in customer success, executive assistance, operations, or remote admin roles
- Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, and tone)
- Experience with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, Shopify, and (ideally) Amazon Seller Central
- Comfortable working full-time with overlap in Singapore or EU time zones
Nice to Have

- Also open to: Singapore, Europe, and strong LatAm candidates with flexible hours
