Our client is a tight-knit property management team overseeing a portfolio of around 200 residential units. With a growing number of tenants and contractors, they’re looking for a dependable Office Assistant / Leasing Agent who can strengthen communication, support day-to-day operations, and keep the business running smoothly.
About the Role
~1 min readThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving support environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping operations organized. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and contractors while assisting with leasing, maintenance coordination, and general admin related to the 200-property portfolio.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with tenants, owners, and vendors
- →Support leasing activities, including responding to inquiries and guiding applicants through the process
- →Assist with rent collection and payment coordination
- →Track, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance requests with contractors
- →Manage general office and administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly
- 4–7 years in a mid-level administrative or assistant role
- Real estate background strongly preferred — wholesaling or paralegal experience is a plus
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (spoken and written)
- Able to quickly learn or already familiar with:
- Actfolio (Property Management)
- Ubiquity (Communications)
- One Step (Maintenance)
- PNC / Clover (Banking & Payments)
- Gmail, Sweeper, and similar tools
- Actfolio (Property Management)
- Excellent, clear English & Spanish communication style — comfortable speaking with senior tenants.
- Strong and confident phone presence.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks across a large property portfolio.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
- Culturally aware and able to build rapport with both English- and Spanish-speaking tenants and vendors.
