Marketing Operations Assistant - 18370

This is not a creative strategy role. Instead, it is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented execution work and wants to support a results-driven marketing operation.

The Marketing Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns and lead engagement processes.

You will help ensure that advertising campaigns are properly posted, marketing data is accurately tracked and reported, and inbound leads receive timely follow-up communication.

This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with marketing platforms and data, while following established processes and instructions.

• Post and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads

• Assist with uploading creative assets and campaign settings based on provided instructions

• Monitor campaigns and report any issues or anomalies

• Track and report key marketing metrics such as:

  • Lead volume

  • Cost per lead

  • Campaign performance

• Maintain organized reporting spreadsheets or dashboards

• Compile performance summaries for the business owner

• Send outbound messages to new leads using prepared scripts and templates

• Copy/paste outreach messages through CRM platforms, messaging tools, or social channels

• Ensure leads receive timely responses and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate records within marketing and CRM systems

• Assist with organizing marketing assets, reports, and campaign documentation

• Support operational marketing tasks as directed by the business owner

• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing support, digital marketing operations, or administrative marketing roles

• Experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar advertising platforms is strongly preferred

• Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

• Comfortable working with marketing platforms and campaign data

• Strong written English communication skills

• Highly organized and reliable

• Comfortable performing repetitive execution tasks accurately

• Must be located in Latin America

• Must have strong English fluency

• Must be available for significant overlap with PST business hours

• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required
