We are a dynamic company experiencing significant growth, with an exciting lineup of 30+ events planned for this year. To ensure our events are flawlessly executed and deliver maximum impact, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assisant to join our team as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Calendar champion: Provide calendar management support to the CEO, scheduling meetings and coordinating event timelines.
- →Own event planning from A to Z: Take the reins on planning and executing a diverse range of events, including conferences, webinars, client appreciation gatherings, and more.
- →Vendor virtuoso: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, ensuring the best possible services at the best possible prices.
- →Partnership pro: Secure sponsorships and forge strategic partnerships to enhance event reach and impact.
- →Logistics guru: Handle all event logistics with meticulous attention to detail, including:
- →Travel and accommodation booking for team members
- →Venue selection and coordination
- →Swag ordering and inventory management
- →On-site event coordination
- →Budget boss: Track event expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Proven events management expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and executing successful events.
- Negotiation ninja: Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors and partners.
- Logistics mastermind: Outstanding organizational and logistical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication connoisseur: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using event management software and online collaboration tools.
- Time zone traveler: Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (candidates based in the Philippines or South Africa are strongly encouraged to apply).
