Responsibilities

  • Track borrower payment schedules across active loans

  • Monitor upcoming and overdue payments

  • Maintain accurate internal records of borrower payment activity

  • Escalate payment issues or delays to leadership when necessary

  • Guide borrowers through the DocuSign ACH authorization process

  • Send payment authorization documents

  • Ensure borrowers complete ACH setup before payment deadlines

  • Follow up with borrowers who have not completed required documentation

  • Maintain organized loan records and documentation

  • Update internal systems with borrower and payment information

  • Ensure all borrower documentation is properly stored and accessible

  • Order appraisals, inspections, and third-party reports

  • Communicate with vendors to confirm timelines and deliverables

  • Track completion of required reports for active loans

  • Assist with backend operational tasks as needed

  • Follow documented SOPs to complete routine workflows

  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding task status


Requirements
