About the Role
We are a fast-growing AI healthcare technology startup seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the CEO. This role focuses on managing meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day administrative tasks across sales, product, and operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) remote role aligned with Pacific Time. Candidates must be based in the Philippines or Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar and scheduling across time zones
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Track action items and deadlines and follow up with internal teams
  • Manage inbox communications and prioritize messages
  • Perform general administrative and operational support tasks
  • Maintain organized records, notes, and documentation
  • Assist with basic research, data entry, and reporting as needed
  • Proactively identify gaps and support process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work 40 hours/week on Pacific Time


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior executives or founders
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and CRM systems
