Retail Administrative Assistant

The Miami HEAT are looking for a Retail Administrative Assistant to support the merchandiser and director with clerical tasks, such as arranging invoices and other indexed documents according to an established system. Operates office equipment and completes general office work. Additional duties may include answering telephones and data entry. Strong administrative skills are a must. Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

• →Strong administrative skills: Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the department. Retrieves information from files when needed.
• →Data processing: organizing written records and accurately typing the information into the computer system.
• →Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
• →Strong Sense of urgency and problem solving skills.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
