- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office—specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and calendar management—is required, while proficiency with software applications such as QGenda, Workday, and Zoom is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinates office activities with the Office Manager and other professional staff across various units
- →Submits clinic modifications to ACH to update physician schedules and maintain tracking spreadsheets
- →Gathers credentialing information for the Primary Care and Clinical Informatics faculty
- →Assists with updating the Primary Care and Clinical Informatics profiles on the UAMS website
- →Assists with travel preparation, expense reimbursements, and general purchasing for assigned sections
- →Assists with updating and tracking IT inventory in the Primary Care and Clinical Informatics sections
- →Handles daily office operations, including mail, faxes, filing, copier readings, eFund reports, IT/maintenance tickets, optimizing physical/digital workspaces, maintains kitchen supplies and cleanliness
- →Requests privileges for department security access for software and shared drives/folders for faculty
- →Escortscandidates/students across campus
- →Sets up conference rooms and coordinates meetings.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
