Hecla Emissions Management AS is part of the Wilhelmsen group, launched in 2023 to help the maritime sector navigate environmental regulations like EU ETS, UK ETS and FuelEU Maritime.

We provide digital compliance dashboards, EUA/UKA and FuelEU trading services, and Regulatory and compliance support.

Hecla serves over 50 clients worldwide, managing emissions compliance for more than 1,000 vessels. Digital and operations are run from Wilhelmsen HQ in Lysaker (Oslo), with trading and commercial development from London.

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our Oslo team and support day-to-day compliance operations. In this role, you will help ensure smooth, accurate handling of client compliance tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• →Customer onboarding 
• →EUA/UKA registry account management
• →Processing EUA/UKA allowance transfers
• →Responding to client queries and coordinating with relevant registries and authorities
• →Updating digital dashboards and website
• →Invoicing of clients
• →Supporting quarterly reporting and financial overviews
• →Create LinkedIn content
• →Supporting general team operations as needed
