This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the dental office environment, enjoys working with people, and is ready to take ownership of daily operations. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can keep things organized, support the team, solve problems as they come up, and help create a positive experience for both patients and employees.

If you're someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and enjoys being the person others can count on, we'd love to meet you!

As Office Manager, you'll be an important part of the practice's daily success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily office operations and helping the practice run efficiently
  • Leading, supporting, and coordinating front-office and clinical team members
  • Helping manage schedules, staffing needs, and daily workflow
  • Supporting a positive and welcoming experience for patients
  • Communicating with doctors and team members to address operational needs
  • Helping maintain organized administrative processes and accurate office records
  • Using Open Dental and other practice technology to manage office operations
  • Identifying issues, finding solutions, and following through on what needs to get done
  • Stepping in and helping wherever needed to keep the day moving

The right person will bring a combination of dental office knowledge, leadership ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Previous experience working in a dental office
  • Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a team
  • A good understanding of front-office dental operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Confidence handling challenges and making decisions
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • A professional, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
  • The flexibility to jump in and support the team when needed

Previous dental office management experience is preferred. However, we are open to someone with solid dental experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
