Marketing Operations Assistant

We are an award-winning mortgage platform, created for our customers, designing better ways to buy-to-let. Our vision is to become the ‘go-to’ funding partner in the private rental sector.

At Landbay, we focus on the customer, and we bring together the best people and partners, leveraging our data, technology, and market expertise to give people what they really need. Today we are the UK’s leading prime buy-to-let marketplace mortgage lender, having lent circa £4bn in partnership with our funding partners.

Buy-to-let is all we do, and we work exclusively through intermediaries. Everything we build, from our products to our systems and communications, exists to make intermediaries’ lives easier. This role sits right at the heart of that.

Join Landbay and you’ll be part of a growing, ambitious, and supportive team, where everyone is encouraged to contribute, regardless of age or experience. Our team, our community, and the wider world matter to us, as much as the work we do. We’re building a company we love, and we hope you’ll love it too.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to build broad Marketing experience  with a remit across our products, CRM and website. You don’t need to know it all on day one. We’ll teach you HubSpot, our products, and how the mortgage market works. What we need from you is curiosity, drive, and a love of getting things right.

What you’ll do

  • Help deliver our product launches, from preparing the product data that goes to sourcing systems and partners to producing product guides and updating product pages and downloads.
  • Build and update website pages in our CMS, including forms and landing pages, and keep our products, lending criteria, and solicitor panel accurate.
  • Help shape how we show up in AI search by tracking how AI engines describe us, reporting on what’s changed, and turning our guides and criteria into web content they can read.
  • Help create content for our social media channels, including supporting the production of video content.
  • Keep our CRM data clean, spotting and fixing issues before they become problems.
  • Put together campaign reports so we can see what’s working.
  • Learn to build and improve email journeys and workflows in HubSpot, supporting brokers from registration through to regular business.
  • Help run our events, from logistics on the day to follow-up campaigns afterwards.
  • Work with our agencies to keep everything we do fresh.
  • Lend a hand across the team with day-to-day marketing tasks.
