Accounts Payable/Receivable experience is a plus!

Our team is looking for a friendly face to greet our clients with a smile. As our receptionist, you'll be the first impression and the last goodbye. If you're organized, multitasking, and have a passion for people, this is the perfect role for you. for patients, family members and visitors!

USD $10.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

→Answer and direct incoming calls
→Welcome on-site visitors, assist them appropriately, COVID 19 screening and always provide excellent customer service to both the visitors and fellow staff members.
→Assist BOM with all aspects of clerical, data entry, and billing duties.

Requirements

Must have a minimum High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D
Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
Must have excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service skills
Must have working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within Microsoft Office Suite, or similar programs
Reliable transportation required
