Facilities Coordinator – Soft Services

• →Manage soft services operations across the office in a 24x7 shift environment
• →Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, pantry, and cafeteria services meet expected standards
• →Maintain premium office spaces, including fixtures, furnishings, meeting rooms, and common areas
• →Monitor cleaning methods, chemicals, and procedures for different floor and surface types
• →Track vendor performance and ensure SLA and KPI compliance
• →Conduct routine inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions
• →Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless workplace delivery
• →Maintain required records, logs, checklists, and compliance documentation

• Experience in facilities, workplace, soft services, or hospitality operations
• Strong knowledge of premium office upkeep and floor maintenance practices
• Good understanding of cleaning solutions, procedures, and cafeteria management
• Good communication skills and collaborative working style
• Professional, pleasant, and customer-focused approach
• Hospitality background preferred

• BFSI or other high-compliance corporate environments
• KPI- and SLA-driven service delivery models
