The Administrative Assistant 2 is the first point of contact for the Office of Career Management (OCM) and helps keep the office running smoothly day to day. Because the core of this role is staffing the OCM front desk and welcoming students, employers, and visitors in person, it is a full-time, fully on-site position. The role has three priorities: (1) front desk and reception management; (2) administrative support for OCM, including scheduling, office supplies, and routine purchasing and reimbursement requests; and (3) day-to-day guidance for the student employees who help staff the front desk. OCM professional staff remain responsible for hiring and supervising student employees.
