Floral Team- Assistant

• →Assisting prepping, building, and styling large-scale botanical installations and decor that welcome guests from all over the world.
• →Craft and create floral arrangements for various events and functions.
• →Assisting with the making of tussie-mussies (small handheld flower bouquets) and other floral products.
• →Supporting with the day-to-day rhythm, and general daily tasks within the floral workspace.

• Hold a valid Code 8 driver’s license (compulsory, as farm driving is a daily requirement).
• Loves working with their hands, have a practical mindset, and willingness to do physical work.
• Work neatly, treat delicate botanicals with care, and take genuine pride in every single creation that leaves your bench.
• Have prior floral arranging experience and a sharp aesthetic eye for styling, proportion, and a creative flair will count strongly in your favor.
• Communicate with warmth, respect, and ease within a close-knit team.
• Peak season means celebration—you are willing and eager to work on a rotational roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
