Responsibilities

→Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
→Answer phones and respond to client questions
→Schedule appointments and check clients in and out
→Process payments accurately
→Maintain accurate client and patient records
→Own your tasks and responsibilities to deliver positive outcomes
→Support the team in providing outstanding patient care and exceptional client service

Experience as a veterinary receptionist
A passion for outstanding patient care and exceptional client service
Strong communication and organizational skills
The confidence to own your tasks and deliver positive outcomes
A positive, supportive attitude and a love of teamwork
A desire to keep learning and growing
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
