Responsibilities

→Greet clients and their pets warmly
→Answer phones and respond to client questions
→Schedule appointments and check clients in and out
→Process payments accurately
→Educate clients on preventive care and next steps for their pets
→Maintain accurate client and patient records
→Support a positive, team-first experience for clients and coworkers

A passion for animal welfare and the human-animal bond
A belief in client education and excellent customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
A positive, supportive attitude and a belief that great results come from teamwork and mutual respect
A tolerance for puppy kisses and kitty headbutts
Availability for rotating Saturday shifts
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
