We are looking for a Customer Experience Virtual Assistant to support the team in daily customer support, operational follow-up, and administrative coordination related to the use of our SaaS platform.
 
This role focuses on providing excellent customer experience, managing customer requests, maintaining organized records, and supporting operational tasks that ensure smooth daily operations.
 
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and service-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers, following up on tasks, and working in a remote, digital environment.
 
Working hours: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m
  • Customer Support & Customer Experience (60%)
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries related to the use of the platform.
  • Provide first-level functional support to customers.
  • Follow up on customer requests until resolution with the appropriate team.
  • Register and update support tickets or requests.
  • Ensure customers receive the necessary information to use the platform effectively.
  • Identify frequently asked questions or recurring issues to improve customer experience.
  • Administrative & Operational Coordination (25%)
  • Maintain client information updated.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Document relevant communications and operational activities.
  • Prepare simple operational tracking reports.
  • Support task tracking and follow-up for the team.
  • Administrative & Commercial Support (15%)
  • Assist with invoice follow-up and payment status tracking.
  • Help coordinate sales or customer follow-up meetings.
  • Route customer feedback or requests to the appropriate teams. 
  • 2–4 years of experience as a virtual assistant, customer support assistant, or administrative support assistant.
  • Experience working remotely in organized and structured environments.
  • Experience using customer management tools.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar.
  • Basic experience with administrative tracking, reporting, or operational coordination.
  • Basic to intermediate English for written communication.
