Guardian Family Dental is seeking a positive, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to join our growing family practice in St. George, Utah. We are a two-doctor practice committed to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a workplace built on kindness, teamwork, and professionalism.

- Competitive pay of $26-$28 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time schedule with three-day weekends every week
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs our Office Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role in the success of the practice by:
- →Overseeing the daily operations of the office
- →Leading, coaching, and supporting the front office team
- →Communicating effectively with doctors, staff, and patients
- →Ensuring smooth office systems and workflows
- →Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving patient concerns professionally
- →Promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
- →Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, confident, and compassionate demeanor
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations with patients and team members
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with Dentrix practice management software
- Knowledge of dental office operations
- Clinical knowledge is a plus but not required
