As the Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will operate at the center of a dynamic, fast-paced environment—enabling seamless leadership through best-in-class business and personal support, while gaining unique exposure to senior decision-making and the inner workings of the business. You will accelerate your development of critical business skills while building strong relationships with senior leaders. As the Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will:
- Strategically manage the Executive’s time and priorities to ensure focus remains where it matters most
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Executive’s office with excellence and precision, including office and information organization, document preparation, expense management, public relations, and communications
- Enable each day to run seamlessly through thoughtful anticipation of the Executive’s provisioning needs
- Enable seamless access to technology and tools that support the Executive’s leadership
- Manage complex travel planning and execution to ensure every detail is expertly coordinated
- Deliver high-trust personal support that protects the Executive’s capacity to lead the business
- Deliver meaningful business support to the Executive’s department and the broader Executive Support team
Requirements

- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience, including:
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative or executive support capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional business acumen, sound judgement, and a refined ability to manage time and priorities
- A strong sense of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- A deep appreciation and interest in the fashion industry
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
What We Offer

The range for roles at this level is $50,000 – $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
