Athena Group Advisors (“Athena”) is the private multi-family office of an investment firm.

Athena is seeking a Senior Personal Assistant (“Senior PA”) to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role reports to the Director of Property Management.

Candidates must be familiar with family office / UHNW and high-net-worth clients and possess the ability and resourcefulness to proactively manage competing priorities across multiple principals while delivering anticipatory, white-glove service. This is a unique opportunity to develop and lead a best-in-class hospitality and concierge function from the ground up.

The Senior PA is responsible for delivering comprehensive lifestyle and concierge support across multiple UHNW principals within the family office. This role ensures each client receives seamless, five-star service across all aspects of their personal lifestyle — from personal errands to private entertainment, dining, wellness, cultural experiences, and day-to-day needs. A key component of this role is cultivating and overseeing a curated vendor and partner network that powers the firm's concierge, travel, and lifestyle offering.

The Senior PA serves as the primary point of contact for lifestyle and concierge requests, collaborates closely with the Director of Property Management, and works in tandem with estate management teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
