Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate routine repairs, service requests, and preventive-maintenance activities across ATP’s nationwide network of facilities.
- →Receive, document, prioritize, assign, and follow through on facility maintenance issues through completion.
- →Obtain vendor quotes, schedule service providers, confirm work scope, and monitor quality, timeliness, and cost.
- →Coordinate facility needs, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, paint, flooring, landscaping, furniture, signage, cleaning, and general building upkeep.
- →Serve as a point of contact for local staff, landlords, airport/FBO personnel, property managers, and service vendors regarding facility issues.
- →Interface with property owners and/or managers for leased properties
- →Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving ATP facilities
- →Completes other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Two to four years of experience coordinating facilities, property management, maintenance operations, construction administration, vendor management, or multi-site retail/service operations.
- Experience managing work orders, vendor invoices, service contracts, and repair quotes preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or a geographically dispersed portfolio strongly preferred.
- Organization & Time Management – strong organization and follow-through; able to manage a high volume of open items across multiple locations.
- Analytical Problem-Solving – able to research, analyze, identify viable options, and make thoughtful recommendations considering risk and short-term/long-term impact.
- Team Orientation & Interpersonal – ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members, management, and other company staff.
- Communication – able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Customer Service – able to personally provide high level of interactive service to targeted vendors and internal staff, building relationships and acting as liaison between both.
- Computer Usage – able to utilize internal computer systems.
