About the Role

~1 min read- →Maintain schedules for meetings and conferences as well as adjust based on dynamic priorities
- →Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, complete detailed meeting and travel itineraries, and monitor and complete expense reports in a timely manner. Obtain appropriate visas for international travel.
- →Consolidate reports and materials for executive meetings, including senior business reviews
- →Manage logistical arrangements for leadership meetings to ensure a seamless execution
- →Analyze complex information requests with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- →Interface with all levels of the organization and with external customers in a professional and effective manner
- →Complete purchase orders on Ariba software
- →Other administrative support and special projects
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of administrative experience supporting executives and C-suite leaders in a large corporate environment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Experience with purchasing, travel & travel expense systems
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.
