Reporting to the Specialised Medical Officer, Team Leader, the selected candidate will be responsible of the billing processes and appointment booking.


Responsibilities

Ensure proper necessary booking of OPD appointments, fill in patient record, make entry on computer system and ensure that registration is done on a timely basis as well for any radiology intervention

Responsible for finalising all pending invoices, prepare and issue receipt on final invoice for outpatients and for ambulance call

Prepare procedures for refund (forms & letter) as and when required

Ensure that on the last day of the month, all reconciliation is required

      Follow up and liaise with doctors for all necessary medical reports

      Promptly answer to phone calls as well as for ambulance emergency

Schedule appointment to patients upon discharge upon for a proper follow up of medical process

  • School Certificate & Higher school certificate
  •  Should have at least 2 years’ experience in similar post
  • Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Customer Focused
