Develop Great Proposals. Keep Projects Moving. Support Growth.

Credit Systems International, Inc. (CSII) is looking for an organized, detail-driven Proposal Development & Administrative Specialist to join our Fort Worth team.

If you're a strong writer who enjoys research, organization, administrative coordination, and managing detailed projects from start to finish, this could be a great fit!

In this role, you'll take the lead in coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs), preparing professional proposal submissions, and keeping important deadlines and documentation on track. You'll also provide administrative and project support for business development activities, client communications, conferences, and other company initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to executive leadership and multiple departments throughout our organization. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing writing, research, organization, and administrative responsibilities while contributing to the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do

Proposal Development & RFP Coordination – Primary Focus

  • Coordinate RFPs and proposals from initial review through final submission.
  • Write, edit, organize, and format professional, persuasive proposal responses.
  • Review RFP requirements, identify required documentation, and ensure deadlines and submission instructions are met.
  • Work across departments to gather financial, compliance, IT, operational, legal, and other required information.
  • Research new RFP opportunities and maintain the prospect/proposal pipeline.
  • Build and maintain proposal templates, response libraries, supporting documentation, and other resources that improve efficiency and consistency.

Business Development & Administrative Support

  • Prepare and update business development materials, client presentations, contracts, correspondence, newsletters, and other professional communications.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for client relationship initiatives, holiday gifting, promotional activities, and special projects.
  • Assist with website content updates and ensure company materials maintain consistent branding and professional presentation.
  • Coordinate trade shows and conferences, including registration, travel arrangements, booth materials, promotional items, communications, and event logistics.
  • Maintain accurate business development records, documentation, and activity within the Sales CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, RFP development, executive or administrative support, business development coordination, contract administration, or a related role.
  • Strong professional writing, editing, proofreading, and document preparation skills.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to research information, organize complex materials, and produce accurate, polished documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate information across multiple departments.
  • A collaborative, resourceful mindset and willingness to learn.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience managing or coordinating RFP and proposal submissions.
  • Experience preparing contracts, business correspondence, presentations, or other formal business documents.
  • Experience using CRM, proposal management, or document management systems.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for writing, research, document preparation, or workflow efficiency.
  • Experience in billing, collections, healthcare, financial services, government contracting, or another regulated industry.
