Oversee and coordinate all soft services—cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and reception—ensuring compliance with data centre standards, client rules, and Thai regulations.

About the Role

Supervise cleaning teams across data halls, offices, plant rooms, and common areas, following required cleanliness standards.
Manage subcontractors (cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste) and ensure SLA performance.
Enforce strict pest control practices, especially in sensitive areas.
Oversee waste management, recycling, and hazardous disposal in line with regulations.
Coordinate reception, mailroom, and visitor services.
Handle helpdesk requests and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and access protocols.
Train staff on data centre procedures and proper PPE use.
Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and purchasing within limits.
Support reporting, audits, and inspections (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED).

At least 5 years’ experience in soft services, preferably in data centres or clean environments.
Knowledge of technical cleaning standards and protocols (ASHRAE / ISO).
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple service areas.
Understanding of Thai environmental and waste regulations.
English proficiency; Thai required for daily operations.
