In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of office operations, scheduling, and setting the tone for our customer service. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around maintaining organized and efficient records of client communication while serving as a trusted liaison in interactions with clients. In this role, you will be the welcoming voice of our company, making a lasting impression through your professionalism and positive interactions with clients. You will manage phone calls, transfer them as necessary, and handle emails and messages with courtesy and prompt responses. Appointment management is a key aspect of this role, where you will efficiently schedule and reschedule appointments for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and customer-focused approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is a plus but not mandatory. Requirements Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or any other similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High-speed internet connection and access to necessary computer equipment. Familiarity with email marketing tools and templates. Flexibility to work full-time and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities. Professional and business-oriented demeanor in all interactions. Commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. Excellent computer skills Hands-on experience with any CRM software. Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns. Organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude. B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.
