  • AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

  • Physical requirements include ability to lift, carry or move 27lbs on own. Ability to push, pull, lift for office/conference set ups.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

This is an on-site role, located in Middletown, Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

  • →Manage reception, phone lines, visitors, mail/packages, and front-desk security.
  • →Provide administrative support across RTX BBN locations and teams.
  • →Coordinate meetings, events, calendars, catering, interviews, and onboarding.
  • →Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, reimbursements, and related policies.
  • →Order and maintain office, kitchen, and facility supplies and inventory.
  • →Support export documentation, records management, and company repositories.
  • →Coordinate facility vendors, maintenance, conference rooms, and office equipment.
  • →Serve as Government Property Coordinator, managing inventories, tracking, reporting, and audits.
  • →Support EHS initiatives, process improvements, and other business needs.
  • →Travel to BBN, RTX, customer, or partner locations as needed.
