Job Role: Sleep Technician – Back-Office Support (Non-Customer-Facing)
Compensation range: $2,000 AUD Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: Aligned with AU business hours (to be confirmed, e.g. 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Sydney time Mon, Tue, Thurs, Sat and Sunday)

Who The Client Is:
Our client is focused predominantly in supporting customers who have been diagnosed and looking for a cpap machine and mask or patients looking to replace their old cpap machine and mask but they also focus on home sleep test result consultations, therapy setup guidance, CRM tracking, and product and part recommendations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Demonstrated first-hand experience in the Australian private CPAP/sleep therapy market — not solely US or insurance-managed markets
- →Strong technical knowledge of CPAP/APAP devices, masks, parts, and accessories (ResMed,Fisher & Paykel, Philips, Lowenstein, Yuwell and BMC etc )
- →Experience recommending CPAP machines and masks based on patient diagnosis/prescription
- →Experience interpreting home sleep test or compliance data (AirView, myAir, or equivalent)
- →Experience with warranty/exchange processes via manufacturer portals highly regarded
- →Comfortable working independently in a remote, back-office capacity
- →High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data entry and documentation
