Responsibilities

    Greet and assist employees, guests, visitors, and vendors while providing exceptional customer service and workplace support

    Manage front desk operations including answering incoming calls, handling visitor requests, maintaining phone lists, and supporting administrative tasks

    Coordinate package deliveries, mail services, and serve as a point of contact for vendors and contractors

    Maintain the appearance and organization of lobby and common areas while reporting maintenance or facility issues as needed

    Support office operations including conference room coordination, badging assistance, visitor scheduling, and site leadership calendar support

    Assist with office and building maintenance scheduling and help resolve issues related to workplace services

    Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and leadership while responding to requests with professionalism and minimal supervision

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, office administration, or related environments

  • Experience supporting front desk or reception operations in a professional setting

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to work full-time onsite and maintain a flexible schedule when needed for event support

  • Associate degree or completion of college coursework

  • 3+ years of administrative, workplace, or facilities support experience

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced office environment

  • Background in hospitality, commercial real estate, or corporate office settings

  • Familiarity with visitor management, badging, or workplace service coordination

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities effectively
