Jokake Construction Service’s Office Administrator is an energetic, positive person who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and assisting the HR Manager in the overall operation of facilities and a variety of other office critical tasks.
The Office Administrator welcomes the opportunity to be the first Jokake employee to deliver the Jokake experience of professionalism, quality, and expert customer service to in person visitors as well as those communication via phone or email.
The Office Administrator is not only the liaison between visitors, business partners and Jokake but will also assist with various administrative tasks for Corporate Operations (Human Resources, Benefits, Facilities, and IT).
Office Administrator’s Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in office administration or reception related role. HR related experience is a plus.
- Manages the front desk daily (Weekdays, from 7:00am MST to 4:00pm MST) and performs all related front desks tasks.
- Maintains responsibility for the front desk even when managing administrative and facility functions away from the front desk.
- Provides professional, quality customer service, to all in-person visitors as well as those communicating via phone or email.
- Coordinates set-up with VP Operations and IT management company and tracks technology and workspace equipment, including assigning computers, tablets, mobile routers, and workstations.
- Manages the new hire onboarding process and leads new hire orientation.
- Assists in the management of the Human Resources calendar of events, including organizing and executing monthly and annual employee engagement events.
- Manages the procurement of office supplies and coordinates storage, distribution and tracking of supplies.
- Maintains a safe, professional, and clean office environment. This includes all common areas such as the lobby/reception area, conference rooms, breakroom, and other office areas.
- Organizes and maintains office operations from an administrative perspective, including but not limited to conference room schedules, preparing for visitors, and assisting with the execution of in office or external events.
- Assists in the management of the budget for office supplies and related items.
- Acts as liaison between maintenance, vendors, and delivery personnel.
- Oversees Field Operations Certification programs and work with Operations management to ensure compliance.
- Assists with the security of the office by issuing door access cards as well as working with HR Manager to ensure safety compliance is achieved.
- Coordinates office maintenance and facility upkeep with property management staff.
- Adheres to and assists in the management of the budget for the front desk and other facilities related costs.
- Assists HR management and VP of Operations with Corporate Operations’ related responsibilities as business dictates.
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail; operating office equipment such as copiers, computers, conference room equipment and other office equipment.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee directories and providing accurate instructions.
- Assists with other facilities and Corporate Operations’ administrative duties as assigned.
- Able to physically move up to 30lbs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Have the endurance to travel through job sites, in various conditions for extended periods of time.
- The position may include traveling to different work sites in various stages of completing and during various climates.
Office Administrator's Technical Competencies
- The required technical competencies include but may not be limited to the following items.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to manage internal and external employee engagement projects of various sizes. various sizes.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and invoices.
- Experience managing processes or procedures.
- Experience working with a project management system is preferred.
- Experience working with an HRIS system is beneficial.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating event related contracts is ideal.

Jokake Provides:
