We are seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to join our high-volume luxury automotive dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who understands dealership accounting, office operations, compliance, and the fast-paced demands of a high-volume automotive environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong automotive dealership office management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee daily operations of the dealership office and administrative functions
- →Manage and support accounting, billing, title, registration, and deal-processing activities
- →Review and maintain accurate vehicle sales and finance documentation
- →Ensure deals are processed accurately and efficiently
- →Monitor funding, receivables, payables, and related dealership accounting functions
- →Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies
- →Work closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and General Management
- →Supervise, train, and support office staff
- →Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
- →Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- →Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the transaction process
- →Assist management with reporting, audits, reconciliations, and other dealership administrative needs
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous Automotive Office Manager, Dealership Office Manager, Automotive Accounting, or comparable dealership experience
- Experience in a high-volume automotive dealership strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting and vehicle deal processing
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to lead and develop an administrative team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software
- Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge is a plus
- Luxury automotive dealership experience is highly desirable
