The Facilities & Operations Assistant supports the daily maintenance, functionality, and safety of company facilities and property. This role supports facility-related requests and helps to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. This is a part-time position onsite in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

→1-3 years’ work experience in a facility related role.
→Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
→Experience coordinating and working with vendors and service providers.
→Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
→Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
→Knowledge of workplace safety practices and facility maintenance processes preferred.

Pay Range

$24—$26 USD
