The Workplace Experience & Office Manager will own the experience colleagues and visitors have of our office, designing and delivering a programme of wellbeing, engagement and community activities while running the office day to day, to make everyday office interactions a positive employee and guest experience.

  • Develop and coordinate an inclusive programme of office-based wellbeing, engagement and community activities, and deliver events, leadership visits and celebrations, to bring people together and increase participation in onsite activities

  • Oversee the effective daily operation of the office, coordinating maintenance, cleaning, security and building services, to maintain a clean, safe, secure and welcoming environment
  • Support the implementation of workplace health, safety, security and environmental procedures, maintaining records, inspections and first aid and fire safety arrangements, in order to meet company requirements and local obligations
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with workplace suppliers and contractors, monitor expenditure, raise purchase orders and process invoices, to deliver value and maintain clear records against agreed budgets
  • Experience in a customer-facing reception, office management, workplace experience, hospitality or facilities coordination role
  • Proven success in coordinating facilities requests, suppliers, maintenance or office services, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • In-depth knowledge on how to engage professionally with colleagues, senior leaders, clients, visitors and external partners, with a strong service mindset and sense of ownership
  • Ability to commute to London five days a week, with flexibility to support occasional events or urgent workplace requirements outside normal office hours
  • Sincere interest in employee wellbeing, engagement activities and creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, confident using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Key benefits include private health and group accident insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support, and Loyalty Awards for long-service employees.
