Intern of Marketing and Design

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The MarCom team defines, develops, and delivers marketing and communication services for all Savills Vietnam business lines. Alongside producing and monitoring marketing content, MarCom is also responsible for the corporate brand and reputation management.

INTERNS' DUTIES (50% Marketing - 50% Design)

Marketing Material Design and Production:

• Support the oversight and layout design of diverse marketing materials, including digital and printed assets (e.g., social media posts, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters).
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all produced materials.

Marketing Content Development:

• Participate in the creation of content for marketing collateral.
• Support the editing and proofreading of content.

Event Support:

• Contribute ideas for event key themes.
• Assist in event planning and management.

Marketing Material Translation: Translate marketing materials from English to [Specify Language, e.g., Vietnamese] and vice versa.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates who are dynamic, confident, sociable, and driven.
• Strong graphic design skills, proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
• Experience working in an agency or freelance work is a strong advantage.
• Creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and proficiency in desktop publishing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to intern full-time (4-6 months).

Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Giang Vo, Hanoi.

Working time: Monday to Friday.
