Job Summary: 

The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Austin office and ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and professional workplace. This role provides general administrative and operational support to employees and coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and building management as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, pantry items, and other workplace necessities.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and facility-related requests.
  • Communicate with building management and external vendors.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Support meeting room setup and arrangements for internal and customer meetings.
  • Coordinate office meals, catering, and occasional employee events.
  • Assist employees with general office-related requests and administrative needs.
  • Maintain office records, invoices, receipts, and vendor documentation.
  • Support new employee onboarding, including workspace and office access arrangements.
  • Coordinate business travel or visitor arrangements when needed.
  • Assist with purchasing and expense-related administrative processes.
  • Computer maintenance, IT Support – Trouble shooting
  • Support other general administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of higher education and progressive administrative experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, administration, or coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Professional and service-oriented attitude.
  • Authorized to work in the US
