Club Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Soho House Mumbai. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House.

• →Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
• →Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets.
• →Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently.
• →Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.
• →Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations.
• →Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events, and House offerings.
• →Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.
• →Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in reception, front office, guest relations, membership, or hospitality is preferred.
