As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Content & Administrative Coordinator to support both their marketing initiatives and day-to-day administrative operations.


The Content & Administrative Coordinator is a hybrid role that combines creative content development with administrative support. Approximately half of the role will focus on creating engaging social media content that reflects each brand's identity, while the remaining responsibilities will involve administrative coordination, customer outreach, and operational support.

The ideal candidate is both creative and organized, with strong communication skills, an eye for engaging social content, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Create engaging social media content for multiple health and wellness brands

  • Produce short-form video content including Instagram Reels and other platform-native videos

  • Design social media posts that align with each company's branding and messaging

  • Develop content that drives engagement and supports brand growth

  • Organize and repurpose raw content into polished marketing assets

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all content

  • Assist with content planning and scheduling

  • Coordinate content calendars and publishing timelines

  • Monitor content performance and engagement

  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and campaign ideas

  • Support ongoing brand awareness efforts across social media platforms

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to leadership

  • Organize documents, files, and operational records

  • Coordinate schedules and administrative workflows

  • Assist with project management and internal organization

  • Support general business operations as needed

  • Communicate professionally with clients and prospective customers

  • Assist with follow-up communications and administrative correspondence

  • Support customer relationship management activities

  • Help maintain positive client experiences through timely communication
