Eastern Standard Time: Experience working according to EST is essential. Work Ethic: Demonstrates excellence in high-pressure environments. Problem Solving: Proficient in tackling complex challenges with creativity.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, offering insights and anticipating needs.
- Prepare meeting agendas, research briefs, and other materials.
- Monitor organizational and personal priorities to ensure progress.
- Address challenges proactively with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to meet goals and deadlines.
- Implement systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders on key initiatives.
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Handle communication, correspondence, and logistical needs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents for effective communication.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and broader team, ensuring alignment.
- Represent the CEO in meetings when needed, capturing key takeaways.
- Interface professionally with stakeholders such as the Board of Directors and donors.
Requirements

- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office, ClickUp, Google Drive, SharePoint, Canva. HubSpot experience is a bonus.
