Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and leadership team. The ideal hire works independently with minimal oversight, follows instructions precisely, and brings strong judgment to repeatable but thoughtful work. This role is heavy on data handling and reporting in Microsoft Excel, with light stakeholder communication and follow-ups.
Key responsibilities

Reporting and analysis

Pull data from internal sources and downloads.

Build and maintain Excel reports: use formulas, clean data, and automate refresh where possible.

Create weekly and monthly summaries for leadership and distribute to stakeholders.

Task execution and follow-through

Own recurring processes end to end, keeping calendars, trackers, and checklists current.

Reach out to internal and external contacts to gather information and close loops.

Document processes so work is consistent and easy to audit.

General executive support

Prioritize requests for the General Manager: 80 percent of support is for the GM, with additional coverage for two leaders as needed.

Prepare light briefs and status updates ahead of meetings.

Ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and formatted for easy consumption.
Required qualifications

College degree preferred, with 2-plus years in an executive assistant, operations, reporting, or analyst-style role.

Advanced Excel skills: comfortable with formulas such as SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH or XLOOKUP, text functions, conditional logic, and pivot tables.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Word.

Experience creating and maintaining structured reports and trackers.

Excellent English: clear writing, crisp documentation, and professional client communication.

High ownership: able to translate direction into action without step-by-step supervision.

Detail orientation and process rigor: you spot inconsistencies and fix them.
Nice to have

Familiarity with Microsoft Forms.

Experience in multi-location services, healthcare, or professional services.

Comfort working U.S. time zones and navigating cross-functional stakeholders.
