The ideal hire works independently with minimal oversight, follows instructions precisely, and brings strong judgment to repeatable but thoughtful work. This role is heavy on data handling and reporting in Microsoft Excel, with light stakeholder communication and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities

  1. Reporting and analysis

  • Pull data from internal sources and downloads.

  • Build and maintain Excel reports: use formulas, clean data, and automate refresh where possible.

  • Create weekly and monthly summaries for leadership and distribute to stakeholders.

  1. Task execution and follow-through

  • Own recurring processes end to end, keeping calendars, trackers, and checklists current.

  • Reach out to internal and external contacts to gather information and close loops.

  • Document processes so work is consistent and easy to audit.

  1. General executive support

  • Prioritize requests for the General Manager: 80 percent of support is for the GM, with additional coverage for two leaders as needed.

  • Prepare light briefs and status updates ahead of meetings.

  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and formatted for easy consumption.

Required qualifications

  • College degree preferred, with 2-plus years in an executive assistant, operations, reporting, or analyst-style role.
