- Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) aligned with US Central Time Zone (CST) business hours.
- Compensation: Target range of $1,000 – $1,500 USD/month (based on experience and final onboarding structure).
We are seeking a high-caliber, bilingual Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing Property Management division. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge connecting our landlords, residents, and vendors.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Since our team is currently operating at peak capacity, you will play a crucial role in taking over daily repeatable administrative workflows, freeing up localized team members to focus on strategic growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Bilingual Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking and English-speaking residents, handling inbound inquiries, general correspondence, and operational updates.
- The "Middleman" Bridge: Actively facilitate communication between property owners (landlords) and tenants to ensure clear, prompt updates regarding lease requirements and property updates.
- Customer Service: Address resident concerns, clarify lease guidelines, and manage basic escalation paths with empathy and professionalism.
- Dispatch & Intake: Receive maintenance requests from tenants, log details accurately, and coordinate with dispatch teams.
- Vendor Outreach: Connect directly with our extensive vendor and contractor network (many of whom are primarily Spanish-speaking) to schedule repairs, follow up on open work orders, and request quotes.
- Document Management: Assist the team in tracking and maintaining compliance metrics in accordance with local regulations (e.g., Minnesota statutes, rental licensing, and city inspections).
- Data Entry & Software Management: Ensure real-time updates are maintained across property portfolios.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bilingual (English & Spanish): Native or fully bilingual fluency is required. You must be entirely comfortable navigating real-time phone calls and written emails in both languages with tenants and trade contractors.
- AppFolio Proficiency (Highly Preferred / Must-Have): Direct experience navigating AppFolio for tracking tenant communications, updating portfolios, or handling maintenance workflows is strongly preferred.
- General Tech Savviness: Comfortable utilizing Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and picking up property management platforms quickly via training materials.
- Process-Oriented: Excels at executing structured, repeatable administrative tasks efficiently without letting details slip through the cracks.
- High Accountability: Capable of working autonomously in a remote offshore team setting while maintaining seamless communication with the core team in Minneapolis.
