About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant with cold calling experience to support our sales and outreach efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and setting appointments for the sales team. You will play a critical role in the top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying opportunities and creating meaningful first-touch interactions.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, resilient, and motivated by performance-based outcomes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Introduce company services and identify potential interest
- Qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making authority
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Build and manage lead lists using provided tools and data
- Research potential clients and target industries
- Follow structured outreach scripts while adapting to conversations
- Maintain consistent daily call and outreach activity
- Accurately log calls, notes, and outcomes in CRM systems
- Track lead status and follow-up activities
- Maintain organized and up-to-date prospect records
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email
- Nurture leads who are not immediately ready to convert
- Ensure timely and professional communication at all times
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets
- Track key performance metrics (calls, conversions, appointments set)
- Provide feedback on scripts, objections, and market responses
- 2–5 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales support roles
- Proven experience generating leads and setting appointments
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Dialing tools or VOIP systems
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Basic data entry and spreadsheet management
Nice to Have
