Yardi Specialist // Senior Property Operations Specialist / (Yardi Focus, Cloudbeds Nice-to-Have)

Location: Remote (Philippines or Latin America)
Compensation:

• Philippines: $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month
• Latin America: $2,300 – $2,800 USD/month

Our client is a U.S.-based real estate investment and development firm specializing in multifamily, single-family subdivisions, and mixed-use projects across the Western United States. They operate with a data-driven, value-add mindset and manage a growing portfolio of properties.

This role is focused on Yardi Breeze operations for a growing property portfolio, covering system setup, configuration, reporting, and ongoing property management tasks. The candidate will support operations, accounting, and property management, ensuring accurate data, streamlined processes, and operational efficiency. Experience with Cloudbeds is a plus but not required.

• →Implement, configure, and maintain Yardi Breeze modules (leasing, accounting, maintenance, owner reporting).
• →Perform system setup tasks: property roll-outs, unit onboarding, chart-of-accounts alignment, lease template configuration, and user permissions.
• →Manage and reconcile data entry: rent rolls, vendor payables, receivables, tenant billing, lease abstracts, owner distributions.
• →Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards; troubleshoot data-quality issues.
• →Drive process improvements and automation within Yardi Breeze to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• →Act as liaison between U.S.-based leadership and remote team; communicate clearly in written English.
• →Provide ongoing training and support to property and accounting staff on Yardi usage, policy adherence, and best practices.
• →Cloudbeds support (nice-to-have): Assist with motel management, reservations, and daily operations in Cloudbeds if required.
   

• Proven hands-on experience with Yardi Breeze in real estate investment, development, or property management.
• Strong understanding of real estate accounting (GL structure, payables/receivables, owner/asset reporting, lease administration).
• Solid data-entry and data-management skills: rent rolls, vendor records, lease abstracts, tenant records.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and reconciliation.
• Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time hours.
• Excellent written and spoken English for documentation and remote workflows.
   

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Cloudbeds PMS for motel or single-property management

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills; able to translate technical/system updates into business-friendly language.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and accountable.
• Flexible and adaptable to scale with the business.

Mid-to-senior level operations/properties professional, comfortable managing real estate systems and data in a remote environment. Excited by structured processes, workflow optimization, and cross-timezone collaboration. Cloudbeds experience is a bonus, not a barrier.

This role ensures the property portfolio operates smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. The specialist enables the U.S.-based leadership team to focus on deals and growth by maintaining robust systems and clean, actionable data.
