The Bureau Fashion Week is a dynamic fashion and business platform dedicated to elevating designers, brands, and industry professionals through world-class events, networking opportunities, and innovative experiences. We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting leadership while helping keep operations running smoothly.
The Executive Assistant serves as the right hand to executive leadership, providing administrative, organizational, and operational support across multiple projects and initiatives. This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, bubbly, personable, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- →Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting notes.
- →Monitor and respond to emails professionally and promptly on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- →Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- →Assist with event planning, scheduling, and coordination for fashion week events and company initiatives.
- →Maintain organized digital and physical systems.
- →Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- →Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and correspondence.
- →Support vendor, sponsor, designer, and partner communications.
- →Assist with basic technology platforms, and administrative software as needed.
- →Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- →Provide general office support and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, and common business applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fashion, events, business, or creative industries is a plus.
