Role Summary:

Independent is for ambitious people who want to advance in their careers, and we are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO/Office Manager to work closely with the COO and manage the day-to-day execution of priorities. This role goes beyond traditional PA responsibilities and focuses on driving follow-through, structure, and accountability across meetings, projects, and initiatives.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure meeting actions, decisions, and deliverables are tracked and executed
- →Coordinate project agendas, timelines, and cross-functional inputs
- →Act as a central point of coordination for the CEO’s office
- →Proactively flag risks, delays, and misalignment
- →Maintain structure, documentation, and operational discipline
- →Ability to coordinate cross-departmental activities, initiatives, and projects
Requirements:
- →Strong organizational and execution skills
- →Experience in PMO, office management, operations, or similar roles
- →Confident communicator with senior stakeholders/founders
- →Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace
