• →Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
• →Update patient history and health information
• →Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation
• →Review basic lab results and screening procedures
• →Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
• →Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks

• Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience
• Strong English and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST
• Laptop/Desktop: i5+ processor, 8GB RAM
• Internet: 35 Mbps+
• Noise-canceling headset, webcam, and dedicated workspace
